Let me tell you a story about my upcoming adventure in Spain, which was motivated by a fantastic opportunity that came my way.
As you might know, for the past 15 months, I have been working for Braintree, a PayPal company, as a remote developer from my home in Goiania, Brazil. I worked on the Identity Team, developing and maintaining Rails APIs, writing specs, and reviewing PRs. It was an incredible experience, and I learned a lot from my colleagues.
Recently, I received an exciting job offer that was too good to refuse. This opportunity will take me to Spain, where I will be working on a new projects and expanding my skills even further. It was an offer that came with new challenges and the possibility of working with a new team in a different country.
But what makes this move even more exciting is that I won’t be going alone. I will be moving with my family. My wife and daughter are going with me. We are thrilled about the opportunity to experience a new culture and explore all that Spain has to offer.
Of course, this move comes with some uncertainties and challenges, but I’m confident that we are ready for this new adventure. It’s an exciting time, and we can’t wait to embrace this new chapter in our lives.
As someone who has always been passionate about technology and driven to grow my career, I can’t wait to see where this new opportunity takes me. I know that my time at Braintree and my previous projects have prepared me well, and I’m ready to take on whatever challenges come my way.
